Far from Top Notch! Spent more time trying to up sell the camera service which leads to going over the hour and ringing up more charges. We know that it is a root issue every few years. We have lived here for more then 20 years. Had to call a different service a week later to clean it right!

Steve cleared a stoppage for us. Our plumbing stack is not ideally located and maybe some quirks in the plumbing of an older home with a later finished basement. He was knowledgeable and capable to work through it. He was solution oriented and solved the issue. It wasn’t a quick fix- but we are grateful for the service provided. One of their drivers in a van almost drove us off the road and proceeded to flick us off for needing to merge into an exit. When I called to report the driver no one answered my call. Will never use them for this alone

Their technician did a sewer line cleaning and that it’d be covered under their warranty, but when I called back 3 months later, they refused to cover it saying they only cover roots. Called out another company and they scoped it and found a bunch of roots. If Top Notch did it right the first time, there shouldn’t be roots already 3 months later. Highly recommend going with a different plumbing company if you are having issues. I also found their office person rude, and she hung up on me mid-sentence.

Scheduled an appointment for a backed up main drain. Waited all day. No call, no show. Way poor customer service.
