What can't I say about Top Notch? Terrance of Top Notch is incredible! He was thorough, available in a pinch, the communication is top tier, and the pricing is manageable. This is not the first time we've used these services, and it certainly will not be our last.

Terrance did a GREAT job getting my A/C running again. He had an opening and showed up the day I called him. He explained to me what was going on and gave me pricing before doing the work. Even knocked off a bit on the price.

I was told by a well known hvac contractor that I needed to spend $1000”s of dollars to get my Central Air unit fixed I was told that I should consider getting a new unit. Reaching out to Terrance for A second opinion and immediately he was helpful with 2 possible solutions neither of his solutions included a new unit. Terrance came over and immediately he found the issues it was no where near the cost the other contractor gave me. Terrance was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Above all else he was honest.

Terrance is absolutely amazing! He is reasonable and professional. Our neighbors also are utilizing his services. Definitely will use him in the future.
