Top Notch gutters put new gutters on one of our rental properties. When the storm hit almost two weeks ago, gutters fell off. Just ridiculous. I’ve been calling since the day after they came off and no one answers the phone. Completely unprofessional and will be filing a suit until warranty is honored.
