We had top notch replace our shingles and they were fair priced, very efficient in getting us scheduled, and completed everything in one day. Their communication throughout the entire process was very responsive with all questions/concerns we had. Would highly recommend.
What was supposed to be a simple two-week job stretched into a three-month ordeal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During that time, Top Notch Roofing caused our home to flood, causing the bedroom ceiling to collapse and requiring full insulation and ceiling replacement. The living room developed two additional leaks due to their shoddy work, which meant more ceiling repairs and repainting the entire open-concept space. Top Notch did a great job on two of our condo association's units, replacing the roofs. Each duplex was finished in a single day, very fast and very professional. And, we took quotes from 3 different companies, and Top Notch actually came in lowest - not that that was our only consideration. I have already recommended them to someone in the past two days who told me they need a roof replacement. I highly recommend them.
