These guys rock. They rolled out of their van and immediately began prepping to remove the old roof. We have a large roof surface and they were wrapping up by mid afternoon on day 2. They listened to my concerns and suggestions and were very easy to work with. Highly recommended.
Top Notch did an awesome job. From initial contact to follow through. We had them do our ridge shingles 3 years ago and they were the only company to tell us it had 3 or so years left. I took that honesty to heart and came back to use them now. The crew picked up after themselves very well and asked if I had any concerns before they left that they could address then. Great work!
This company is top notch for sure. The owner is a great communicator, the work team efficient, thorough and easy to work with as well as a work ethic beyond something we have seen in a long time. Our yard was pristine when they left and the roofs on our house, garage and tool shed are fabulous! This company is the one you want hands down!!
Excellent pricing, excellent work. Top Notch replaced my roof. They were quick to provide a free estimate and there were no hidden charges when I received the final invoice. Crew was friendly and efficient. Full walk around with the foreman at the end of the job to ensure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.
I’m so relieved and happy I made the right choice in going with Top Notch for a new roof. Everyone I spoke or messaged with was friendly, polite and professional. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. The initial quote was reasonable and the final cost was better than fair given the water damage under the old roof and some required modifications Dave had to make due to the insulation company being unavailable to send a crew.
