Top Notch Roofing formally located in Havertown, PA and had moved to Ridley Park are no longer at 405 W. Chester Pike as Googled. I called the Municipal Bldg. in Ridley Township and they stated this company has closed permanently. I gave one star because I wanted to get the message out there that if you are looking for them, they are gone, from Delco. They did my roof in 2014, and did a fairly good job. Top Notch replaced the drain box and down spout on my rental property. Within 1 year the downspout came off (they never secured it to the house) and they wanted to charge me $275.00 to put it back up. My GC did it for $65.00. Then the roof started leaking in the same place. I called, texted and emailed for over 2 weeks before they finally got back to me. If this is the roofer that came to our home he lied and indicated we had a roofing issue and he showed us a pic of someone else's roof that was all messed up and attempted to charge us 4000.00 we called a home inspector who took a pic of a normal roof and said we need masonry work .How could any human being be so dishonest .Buyer be aware always get several opinions. Not sure if this is him but double check these roofers.
