Incredible service! You don't see this very often so we want to echo it out. Had a water heater go out yesterday and contacted them want to give a definite shout out to Brett Welp who works for them. He and I researched the water heater that we needed. I can't thank him enough for this. He came through again! Perfect fit!!! Want to thank Brian who installed it with an hour or so and Scrapper Joe who took the old water heater away in a timely matter today. Hope Fred gives thrm a raise... but not on my bill LOL! I had my sewer line replaced a few years back for around $6000 and they told me I would not longer have any issues. Well a few years later I find out they left 3 or 4 feet of the old pipe so now I had to have them remove roots from there .The bill for this was $700 for a problem i paid $600 not to have anymore.So when I reach out to top notch about the problem thier solution is to just totally ignore me and not answer my emails. Be careful with your $6000 and try not to let this happen to you.
