Based on the other reviews you could say I took a risk and I’m glad I did. I hired Mark last October to do an easy modification. It is clear when communicating with him that he has a full schedule. And I’m ok with that and it’s something you have to understand and respect. I’m not sure the other reviewers understand that. The job he did in October went well and I hired him again recently for another small job. He did everything he could to service me just hours before catching a flight to go on vacation. I have to use this guy because my management company does. First appointment, he completely forgot about. Called 20 min after he was supposed to arrive and he couldn't even remember the issue we had discussed just a few days prior. He did manage to make it later that day but how he acted like I was supposed to be grateful about that irked me when he wasn't professional enough to even remember the original appointment we made and discussed twice.
