Top-Notch Movers gave me the best possible moving experience! Lorenzo, Rob, and Tony packed and loaded all my items carefully. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture smoothly and were extremely professional and efficient. It was a long-distance move so both the office staff and workers ensured the safety of my items and got them to their destination in perfect condition. Thank you, Top Notch!

Seek protection under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. Unethical business practices against senior citizens is appalling. File consumer complaint with Attorney General of State of Florida. Point Blank. Grateful for the opportunity to file suit in the event arbitration is unsuccessful, with the hopes of saving others the trouble, heartache, and money.

This Business and their Employees Opened my Boxes and Stole about 1500 worth of Merchandise Hard to believe buts its true They Broke the leg off my expensive Chair They scratched the heck out of my wooden floors They took over 2 WEEKS to deliver my furniture and when they did they send 2 men that were lazy and difficult Their POLICY is IF THEY DAMAGE OR LOSE YOUR BELONGINGS THEY PAY 25 cents PER POUND POUND NOT THE COST OF THE ITEM So if your valuables are worth 500 dollars and it weighs 2 pounds you get 50 Cents. This company is the worst moving company. This happened last year July. Their first estimate was about $7,000 but then I end up with $12,000. That wasn't the only problems. They told me it will be delivery in 1 week but end up took them 2 weeks. When they arrived on that sat, they end up arrived late afternoon that cost them not enough time to unpack appropriate. I contracted Top Notch Movers in middle of May to move my furniture to a storage company. The day of the move I had 3 guys that came to the house to start the move. To begin these guys were so in a rush. They left glass shelving un wrapped and they left the house without telling us. The movers said the truck was full and it couldn't hold more furniture. They packed everything for me and by the time I boarded the flight to North Carolina I received a message that the truck is on the way... I could not be more pleased to arrive at my new home at the same day with all of my things :)
