I am a first time home buyer and wanted a preliminary inspection done and decided to go with Top Notch Inspection Services based on their reviews and customer service. Michael and his apprentice did an excellent job at thoroughly inspecting my prospective home! They went above and beyond to make sure the report was submitted in a timely manor, all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with their service. I will highly recommend their services in the future!
The value provide by how detailed Michael was, is worth every penny. Top Notch was detailed oriented and customer service A+. So stop scrolling and give them a call, you will not regret it!
I would give him more stars if I could! The thoroughness and attention to detail was not expected but well welcomed. I have purchased quite a few homes in my life and no inspector has taken the time like Michael did. He explained issues and has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to homes and their construction. Look no further and do yourself a favor by having him do your home inspection. He truly is Top Notch!
