We stayed here on Labor Day weekend 2019. The beds were comfortable and nice. The room is very clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub on site. Also enjoyed the fire pit during the evening. Staff was very nice and professional. Nice location near restaurants, and attractions. I will be back for sure.
Went for the Jericho ATV Festival stayed 8 days. Place was clean. Staff was pleasant, professional and always seemed to be available. Provided towels for pool /hot tub use as well as for cleaning ATVs. Had an area for hosing mud off from us so we didn’t get it all over our stuff in our room. Very clean outdoor propane grills for guest use. We did have to park truck/trailer about a block away to ensure enough room for all the four wheelers side by sides etc. ( they did inform of us that when we made the reservations). The hotel itself was fine, but well over priced due to ATV festival and the staff was beyond unprofessional. The maintenance man claimed to be owner and him and the desk lady followed/harassed all guests, forced certain people to move vehicles but allow others park in same spot, made up rules as the weekend went on quiet time went from midnight to 10 and even when all guests were quiet they were told they were too loud. Very unpleasant experience the last 3 nights. I checked in 3 days ago and left this morning. Shortly after we arrived we were greeted by a man name Rob who introduced himself as a co-owner (the Inn was recently under new management so this did not seem odd to me). Everything seemed great until the first evening (Thursday). We stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely and very clean. Thoughtful amenities in the room included organic, handmade soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our two Yorkies were welcomed, they even have a place in back set up for when doggies do their business with scooper bags provided.
