I use to work at top notch and all the negative reviews I can atest to Bob and his workers do mess with your unit so they can over charge you, also none of them besides Bob have a HVAC licence, also they will use parts that are old or have been used just so they can come back and charge you again, and finally there solution to everything is telling you to buy a new one. Bob, owner of Top Notch came to my home early December to do annual maintenance on my Goodman unit. I received my bill for December from my electric company and it was very high. I got the bill for January, 2020 and again way too much. I called Bob to please check it out, I knew something was wrong. He called me at work and told me the compressor died.
