Coach Mehdi is truly one of the best coaches I’ve ever had! 🙌 I’ve trained with coaches in multiple cities and multiple states, and what makes Coach Mehdi stand out is how dedicated and hands-on he is. I've been at Top Notch for almost a year, and it's been a great experience. Mehdi is not only a pro athlete with numerous international achievements, but also an excellent coach and a genuinely good person, always a helping hand for the community. Staff and instructors at Top Notch are caring and knowledgeable. They accommodate the exercises depending on specific needs or any limitations you may have. Studio is very clean and spacious compared to other gyms I’ve been to, also well-equipped. The exercises are well-thought and planned for all fitness levels. Highly recommend for anyone who plans to start a fitness journey.
