Seriously? It amazes me that these people can stay in business and it equally amazes me that they get positive reviews from someone. The only way I could explain that is that the owner or friends of the owner write something to shine a good light on the store. I had nothing but headaches with the customer service and especially the owner of the store. The staff was very nice, yet not particularly helpful. I will never be back and would warn everybody else to take their business to stores that deserve it.
Professionalism at its best. I donât understand the low ratings below. Mr. Notch really knows his stuff. Heâs thorough and detail-oriented, I appreciate his professionalism. I dropped by the shop with my son-in-law to find a gas fireplace for his home. John made great suggestions and went out of his way to make sure that we understood the pros and cons, he was very informative. Top Notch Energy Pool & Spas is Delightful! The staffers at the place were so nice. They showed me their display models and their pricing was great. I was so persuaded that I immediately called my husband and put my deposit down that day. My fireplace was installed and I order my supplies here all the time! It is a great local business.
Great fireplace store! I had a good experience with these guys. I needed to warm up my house and bought a fireplace. There was professional service and they were very knowledgeable. My fireplace was installed the same week as I had purchased. They were quick and careful installing mines because my space was small. I had no problems and they left my mind at ease. One of the best fireplace places I've been to.
Quick and Ready I live in Castro Valley, not too far from San Leandro. I haven't used my fireplace for years, so I decided to clean it. My only problem: I didn't know where to start. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that a fireplace store was so close by. The show room that they have in the store is impressive and the store itself has a homely, warm and inviting atmosphere. Great Place to go for your next fireplace insert or spa service Top Notch Energy has been my go to place for all my fireplace and spa needs over the past decade. They offer all the latest lines of gas and wood burning fireplace inserts and have a great showroom with very knowledgeable staff. The prices are very good too. Skilled and experienced. Around a decade ago actually, I went to Top Notch Energy to have a fireplace installed. As a long standing San Leandro homeowner, the location of this place is close by and at an convenient area for me to return to.
