blew 4.5 hours of my day waiting just to have them no show an inspection Their assistant called halfway through the 2 hour window to let me know they would be 1.5 hours but definitely coming. When no one shows up 1.5 hours later I had to call to find that the inspector/owner is a solid 1hr+ away and had no intention of calling me to let me know
