Nicholas returned my call requesting service very quickly. All further interactions with him were spot on. Follow up calls as promised confirming the appointment to clean my fireplace chimney. Service technicians superb - did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Shysters! Guy comes up on my roof, gives a brief glance at the chimney, makes dismissive comments about its poor condition, quotes me $3500 for a Stainless Steel liner for the wood burning stove, says I also need a liner for the oil-fired boiler (another $3500 I guess), and $1800 for a cleaning before the liner can be installed, and about $1200 to repair a hairline crack in the top courses of brick. I called Top Notch to come and inspect my chimney. The technician was polite, but that's about the only good thing I can say. He looked at my firebox and flu for less than 5 seconds and immediately turned to me and quoted $1,600 for a PCR treatment. He did not go into detail, and he did not answer my questions about the presence of a sleeve or the original construction. Marc and 3 other works arrived promptly at the time they indicated. They set up scaffolding and a dumpster in record time and took down our dangerous crumbling chimney and built a new one, all in a single day! The results are magnificent. All debris was completely removed from the worksite. On the day before, they installed a stainless steel safety vent system with a lifetime warranty. Everything was expertly done. We give them our highest recommendation. WELL DONE, GUYS!!!

I called to schedule a cleaning of our 3 fireplaces and oil burner flues and they promptly scheduled us for the following week. They gave us a window between 10-1 and the technicians Marc and Dennis arrived a little after 12. They cleaned the 3 fireplace flues in about an hour but the boiler flue was caving in and needed pretty immediate attention. I have been having issues with raccoons in my chimney phoned several companies, fortunately the raccoon was caught in a humane trap and I was then told I needed a cap on my chimney. After enduring this problem for a year (and getting a different story from everyone), Marc from Top Notch came out to my home to check the chimney and check if there were any others inside.
