I can’t recommend this automotive shop—far from it. They initially claimed I had a leak, but after further inspection, it turned out that wires had been cut and a crucial part was missing, with no leak in sight! It’s clear to me that these guys caused the problem from the very beginning, despite their repeated insistence on a leak. Honestly, I’ve had enough of their explanations. We used these guys for our family car. Our 2019 Ford Flex needed some routine maintenance. The guys was very diligent and noticed an oddity since we purchased the car used. We now have a supreme peace of mind that our SUV will keep running safely.
Excellent folks!!! Mr. John takes care of my son's automotive needs while he is attending college. I have called and texted numerous of times with issues and Top Notch was very accommodating with my son's schedule. They take extra steps and are very patient when dealing with me being 2 1/2 hours away (providing pictures, detailed estimates, and working with me having a non-mechanical son. Thanks!!!
