I called Top Notch AC & Heat because my furnace was having problems. It had been noisy since I purchased the house a few months back but lately it started sounding like it was on it's last leg and actually quit working a couple times in the last two days. Chris with Top Notch came out to our house in record time when we needed him. He was very helpful in checking every concern we had and finding a solution and fixing the problem. We will be using Top Notch for any future heating or AC problems
My husband called after multiple days of no air, and Chris made himself available to come the same day! Very responsive to our request for service. We had a problem with one of our thermostats not working. I called Top Notch and Chris came out right away. He found the problem in the circuit breaker and took care of it in a couple of minutes. He was very honest in telling us the truth about what it was and did not charge us for the visit. It's nice to find an honest person these days. If we have any other AC issues in the future, we will give Top Notch a call.
The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our Heat and had it up and running in no time. The pricing was fair, and I highly recommend!
