Although I bought a 1988 Ford Ranger with 280 thousand miles on it. from this place as an as is deal. We just wanted a beater truck to haul items we couldn't get in our SUV. So after paying the full $1760 price because they wouldn't negotiate we drove it home. However they could of at least checked the vehicle for safety flaws such as no rear brakes. My son bought car from them and 3 days later it broke down. Took to a mechanic in Co Springs, he worked on it for 3 days, ordered parts and they never were able to fix the problem or even narrow down the exact problem. Somehow Top Notch got the car to ride off the lot and last a couple days. Was sold a lemon. Brought car back into Top Notch and Manager would not come out of office to discuss issue. They sold us a truck, the engine blew six months after purchase. They wouldn't help with another engine or truck. Then when we put a NEW ENGINE in the truck, they tried to reposses it. Fuck theses jokers. Look at what you could get elsewhere.

My son purchased a 2004 Pontiac Aztec from them, it had problems from day one. They took his $950.00 down payment then 1 day before their first payment was due, the repo guy showed up and started getting in my sons face and threatening him while he had my one year old granddaughter in his arms. These people sold my parents a 06 ford escape with a bad transmission and almost 200,000 miles. Then they send a guy to reposess it because they can't be reached to make a payment. The repo guy is a complete dick and interferes with a local business and proceeds to bad mouth disabled veterans and he threatened me multiple times. Do not purchase a vehicle from Top Notch. They are deceptive with the quality of vehicles they sell and disguise problems with vehicles. If you have a problem even just a day after purchase they will do nothing to help. Very dishonest service. They will repeatedly lie to you.
