Have been going to Top Nails for years and am never disappointed. Every nail technician is wonderful and so talented.
If I could do negative stars I would and it’s not even because of the service. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job. It’s the management up at the front. They are showing different pricing what they have in their store and online and then overcharging that I made sure to express to my lady exactly what I was getting to make sure the price matched up she did everything perfectly fine. I’m going to check out and there’s an additional $20 added to the bill. He’s saying I’m being charged 35 on top of a $22 refill because... read more
My last time visiting this place the service was horrible, if the person didn’t want to do the work she should have said it and not done what she did with my nails, I won’t come back anymore!
