Everyone is friendly and thats so important to me! Make me feel welcome and justified in being a patron at your place of business....that's all I ask and they have always done that here.
The lady started putting on pink gloss without asking what I wanted the base color to be and I corrected her and said I wanted clear and she got all upset and started mumbling under her breath, things felt hostile and I didn’t want to correct her work anymore and ended up with these… uneven thick lines. I waited 20 minutes to be seen and was hoping for a good experience since I’m a new mother and don’t get to treat myself often. Will not be returning.. Added updated photo of my nails 1 week later- already chipped.
Poor service here and this is not the first time if you're expecting your nails to look a certain way make sure you put your foot down with them because they won't give you what you ask for!
