First and last time I visit them. I arrived half an hour before closing. They let me in, immediately removed the gel I had on, and started applying product. I asked, "Aren’t you going to clean the cuticle or anything?" She replied that it would be done after applying the color. I also asked for my nails to be trimmed short, and she said she'd do it later — but she didn’t, apparently forgot.
