I visited today with my son for pedicures and experienced one of the most bizarre customer service interactions I have ever encountered. During my pedicure, I asked why my cuticles had not been cleaned up. I had arrived with gel polish on my toes, which was removed with a drill, but the cuticle trimming and cleanup I expected from a pedicure did not appear to be performed. I went there today for a gel manicure and I am bleeding from 2 fingers and my cuticle is burnt on another finger from the thing that use to get the polish off!! Absolutely horrible experience today!!

Went for gel pedicure in January, it was my 2nd time going to this nail salon. She said I had ingrown toe nail however I had no pain or anything. She said she would cut alittle. All she did was cut the cuticle. She kept pulling it. I have never had a cuticle cut like this before. it immediately started to bleed and she instantly pushed my in foot in the water.
