I’ve been going to Louise since I was in grade 7. I’m now in college and she’s still my absolute favourite nail tech. Her work is absolutely incredible. She so talented and her multitasking skills are incredible. I love her passion for her work. I know at times I can be a bit difficult especially with my stiff hands, haha.. but she always laughs it off, and makes me feel so welcome. Thank you so much for your hard work.. Never will I go to someone else, she always does me right. Thank you
This was my first time visiting this salon, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I went in for a gel nail treatment and paid a very high price, but the result was far from what I expected. Not only did my nails still hurt after the appointment, but the repair work itself was poorly done. They only applied color to my nails, and there was no actual gel treatment or proper nail care provided. Within just one week, the color completely faded, and my nails have become damaged.
