Went to get a take off and a fresh set, the guy who was doing my nails was so rough burned me twice while filing. He was manhandling my hands, not a fan. The nails are not evenlt shaped either. For the price charged, this was very sloppy work.

I have no idea if they're good at what they do because I wasn't able to get in for my appointment time that started at 2:00. I was on time and I sat and waited for 20 minutes before I walked out. I made an appointment for a reason not so I could sit there.
