Louise is great, there has never been a time where she has not made sure that she is doing exactly what I asked for. Her art and detail is amazing!
I went to Louise after a terrible experience at a different Ajax nail salon for an emergency fix and she did an amazing job and the design was perfect! So I decided to go back again and I’m very happy with her work the second time around as well! I chose a time consuming design, with lots of colours and it turned out great! Thanks again Louise!
I had a very disappointing experience with eyelash extensions at this salon. First of all, this is mainly a nail salon, and it clearly shows they are not experienced with lashes. The technician was very rough with my natural eyelashes and did not seem to understand what length or style would suit me, even after I tried to explain. The application was not done properly, and it felt like she didn’t really know how to place the lashes correctly.
