I've been to many different nail salons throughout all my years but never had customer service as attentive and knowledgeable as this place.. nails were a hot mess from the previous salon just a week ago. They fixed me right up... Nice atmosphere. Specifically STEVEN, the man who did my pedicure! That was my favorite experience of all. He was so gentle and not rushed just to get me out of the chair. Spend $80 on a basic pedicure at best. Nail paint was a mess and nails weren’t filed evenly. When I confronted them about my polish, she looked at me and said she thought it was fine. Save your money.
They do an amazing job very polite I have been going there for years and never had a bad experience
Had my nails done today. Well very dissatisfied with the results. The gel looks awful on my real nails. I have it it done before and it was great. I think it’s the person doing it. I don’t think all can apply polish like they are supposed to.
Went in with a set from a different salon. Wanted them off and a new set. I was scared they would try to get them off with a tip and rip them off. Nope. He soaked and took them off gently over time. I didn't even have to say anything. (If you cant tell I have horror stories from other salons.) He did my new set and they are great. I was expecting 120 plus for the set. Nope just 80.
