Went in with a set from a different salon. Wanted them off and a new set. I was scared they would try to get them off with a tip and rip them off. Nope. He soaked and took them off gently over time. I didn't even have to say anything. (If you cant tell I have horror stories from other salons.) He did my new set and they are great. I was expecting 120 plus for the set. Nope just 80. I am disappointed in my recent experience at Top Nails. Due to my field of work, I do not often regularly get my nails done as it isn't practical, however I was attending a wedding and wanted to feel a bit more polished. I initially went in for a Deluxe Pedicure only, but was convinced to also have a manicure. I requested black nails. I should not have allowed myself to feel pressured into getting a manicure because I ended up so overwhelmingly unhappy with that decision. I was recommended here by a friend I’ve been kind of nail hopping because my original Nail tech moved so I needed a place to go and I just haven’t been getting my nails done as much as I used to because I haven’t been as happy.
