I love coming here. The people are friendly.The place is clean. And I love the way my nails look when I leave here and the pedicures are wonderful as well. It's nice to walk into a business and they recognize you. They ask about your family and just overall how you are doing. Staff there is extremely helpful and courteous. Me and my girlfriend we love to go in here and get our nails done and then go home and show our husband And boyfriend how beautiful our nails look. I arrived and everything seemed OK at first then they sat me down and basically left me there with my feet soaking in the water for over an hour. I watched several customers come in after me and immediately get taken care of before. They even let me pick out my nail polish. After about an hour, I basically got up put my flip-flops on and left. They attempted to keep me and promise me that they’ll take care of me next, but they’ve already proven they didn’t want me as a customer. Save your time and money go somewhere else.
I went to Top Nails and had a manicure. The person who did my nails was more worried about who was coming in and jumped up several times to check on other things. I guess he didnt like the way I held my hands ( I have arthritis in my hands) so he stuck and jar under my arm. He was rough and not pleasant at all! I left very dissatisfied and not relaxed at all. I will never go back.
Went yesterday and paid $70 for these with cuts around more than half of my fingers, will not be returning.
