I will never return and I feel bad for saying anything, because the lady was so pleasant. The older man did my soak off and started my arcrylic overlay. I requested the chrome over gel. It was atrocious. 1. He didn’t file the base of the nail 2. He didn’t wipe off the excess chrome powder before adding clear gel coat 3. He wasn’t gonna offer to fix it either. The shaping was “okay”. DO NOT LET THAT MAN TOUCH YOUR NAILS!! This is how I had to go to my wedding my toes are JUST as bad. The nails did not even last 2 weeks before I lost two in one day. It’s my fault bc I didn’t check the reviews. How are they even open?!?!
I understand that Top Nail gets a lot of bad reviews but I’ve been getting my nails and feet done by Anne ever since I was in high school and she’s never disappointed me. I highly recommend Anne. She’s so kind and is always in a happy mood. She’s very clean with her tools and takes her time on your nails. I’ve been going to Anne for so long now that we’ve developed a sort of friendship.
