I understand that Top Nail gets a lot of bad reviews but I’ve been getting my nails and feet done by Anne ever since I was in high school and she’s never disappointed me. I highly recommend Anne. She’s so kind and is always in a happy mood. She’s very clean with her tools and takes her time on your nails. I’ve been going to Anne for so long now that we’ve developed a sort of friendship. They were not friendly what so ever. Not to mention I asked if I could have more black she said “no”…. Awful.
