I went in for a manicure and pedicure 6 days ago. They charged me $5 extra for buffing my finger nails instead of applying polish and didn't tell me it would be extra. Then 3 days later, my pedicure polish was already chipping off. I went in expecting them to take care of me and apply new polish without a charge. The owner/manager told me that they only guarantee their work for 2 days. I can get a month out of a good pedicure. They have permanently lost my business.
