BE CAREFUL MY MOM WAS BURNED AT THIS SALON BY SOFIE!!! On July 11, 2025, my mom came to this salon for an eyebrow wax. They applied hot wax directly to her eyelids where there’s no hair causing a burn that bled and left a scar on both eyes. She paid in cash and received no receipt. When I returned the next day, the manager blamed her “sensitive skin” and refused a refund or apology. This was negligence and poor customer service. Called at 5:30, offered to come in 20 mins. They said 6:30, so I made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early, sat and waited until 10 after 7 pm. They close at 7:30. They were taking walk ins before my appointment. But another appointment walked in at 7, and was taken right back. At about that time one of the techs asked if I was their 6:30, I said yes. I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. My pedicure was uneven — the big toe had visible lines and looked noticeably different from the other one. When I brought it up, the technician dismissed my concern and was quite rude. I also asked for a French manicure with black tips, but the lines were uneven and the nails were left sharp. I went to this shop on 5/17. They were so packed that that did my feet abs asked me to come bank at 10am the next day. I showed up at 9:45 so i could be there. They still let two pails in front of me saying they had appointments. They completely disregarded my time and schedule. Then the woman who did my nails rushed through them. They had different sizes and shapes. The paint job was sloppy. I asked for a frosted tip and when i looked at it i didn’t like it. I asked her to remove it, which she did aggressively.
