I’ve given this place three chances because I truly wanted to love it… but I left today holding back tears. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable or disrespected at a nail salon. The first time I came, the woman doing my pedicure didn’t even paint my toenails all the way down, it literally looked like they were already grown out. My no chip manicure started lifting after 1 week which is disappointing. Also felt like my technician was racing to get my nails done
I been going this place for about 2/ years now the last 2 times I’m not happy with my nails the last time I picked a color and they did the worng color on me and it was Changing color when I washed my hands i didn’t wannna wait longer so i didn’t say anything. The second time I asked her for chrome nails pink ones ) they aren’t chrome what so ever and it’s dark purple and just glitter and it took an 1/ . They weren’t cheap either very disappointing. Otherwise everyone is super nice .
Terrible place! What a rip off $90 bucks they look so bad thick to short lady didn’t listen at station 3. She wouldn’t tell me her name I choose a no chip color and it was totally different than what I picked so when I told her it wasn’t the color I picked she didn’t take it off she put another no chip on top Really!
