have been coming to this nail salon for a while, but today was the second time I left disappointed and in pain because of the service. The first time I came for a pedicure, the lady doing my feet was arrested and my service was left unfinished. When I decided to leave, I was still charged full price. Today, my service was a 2 out of 10. During my pedicure, I was cut twice. The first time was between my toes. The second time, she scraped off a whole layer of skin from my foot. Been coming here about 5yrs and honestly should have stopped coming yearsss ago! Veryyyy rude for no reason and no customer service at all! & they over charge and change prices every visit! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to lovely nails same plaza by Papa John’s.
