Very friendly and clean. Prices are good they don’t over charge.
I use to go get my nails done every 2 weeks and I spent a lot of money especially since they aren’t cheap! They have horrible customer service I even got into a argument with the main lady so I stopped going for a while I started going again since they are close to me to give them a second chance. They were giving me a manicure and they cut me 3 times and they didn’t even do a good job when it came to my pedicure I told the lady to stop with the manicure and I didn’t get a sorry from her nor the manager he just kept looking ... read more
The ladies there are rude. My girls loved going there because they have the small spa pedicure chairs but I will never go there again. The lady doing one of my daughters toes said she needed a wax on her legs! She's freaken 6 yrs old! She also asked if my daughters were sisters because one is "too dark" according to her. I was very upset anyone in their right mind would make comments like that to children. They did a good job, but it's the service I'm worried about. When I go in with a friend and she tells me she was being pestered to buy more and everyone else was being left alone, that's targeting her. She was the only white person in the building at the time . I was also watched as if I would run out on the bill and then asked if it was going together. Not cool. I do not tolerate racism/stereotypes,even at the barest level. Will not be coming back.
Professional pampering at it's best! Always leave happy with the service.
