I went in to have a manicure and pedicure Started off with the world worst pedicure, the guy who did it was 16yrs old and not licensed. As I found out afterwards The water was cold, didn’t even put the jet head on, and the water kept draining, kept filling the bowl but was draining at the same time. Took over a hour for that and the owner ended up painting my toes. Then she did my manicure which was ok. 2.5 hrs for all that, went to pay the $75 and was told I didn’t tip enough. Excellent work! I’ve been a customer for over four years and before they came I used to go to Tri-Cities because I’m picky, and this place does quality work.

I’ve gone 2-3 times and have liked it but this 3rd time around the workers seem to be in A lazy/bad mood and are unfriendly be prepared for A wait regardless of the time you go in they won’t tell you there busy because they want money. Even if they start you. You’ll have to wait A bit between them jumping back and forth with clients. My nails look good, BUT it costed more to get a fill at this location than it did to even get my nails done in the first place, and my skin above my nails got all scraped up from the drill🥲. Aside from that they practically demanded a tip when I was paying.

AMAZING WORK!! 10/10 I went for a mani yesterday at Top Nails salon in Othello. They did such a good job with my nails I’ve never seen my nails so flawless shaped so perfectly! Amazing work I’m going back today for a pedicure. Highly recommend this place in Othello
