I had an extremely upsetting experience at Topsails Nail Salon in Rockville, MD in July 2025. What should’ve been a simple nail appointment turned into an emotionally exhausting and degrading situation that left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. I originally requested a Classic Pedicure, but the technician, Vincent, encouraged me to upgrade to the Organic Volcano Spa Pedicure. I agreed. They are so accommodating and can do anything! They don’t try to upsell and their super fancy pedicure is bar none. Definitely come here!!
I came hoping for the best since I'm not from the area and I am beyond happy and satisfied! Vincent was absolutely amazing, he was very professional and fun. He went above and beyond advising me on what would be best and making sure I was 100% satisfied before he moved on to the next step which I can appreciate. Ann was so sweet and professional my pedicure was great. Overall I will be back!
I love this place. Got the best nails, Vincent was amazing and so friendly !! Seriously ask for him!!
