Today I had the absolutely worst customer service experience I've ever had. I've never written a review on anything before but this had such an effect on me I felt compelled. I came into the salon asking for a full set. One color, not pointy nails, nothing fancy, no shellac just acrylic. I had two acrylic nails from my previous set and was told it would be an extra $10 to remove, I agreed and continues. The employer told me it would be another $10 for having my nails be long. Great new nail salon right on 41st street across the street from Hobby Lobby. VERY clean, classy & comfortable. Amazing massage chairs and they do a hot stone massage with their pedicures! Always do a great job & never rush to get done faster. Kathy does beautiful designs as well. I recommend this place to all my friends :)
