They are one of the best nail places in the area with very affordable prices, which is unheard of in Venice where most nail spots try to be "exclusive" and charge you 100 bucks for a mediocre job. Also, Lisa does amazing eyebrows!
Top me a Pedicure was $26 on the phone then charged me $51 and THIS is what my white gel coat looks like …. My nails aren’t shaped or painted fully there was still dead skin on my toes … just wasn’t worth the up charge at all
The price is very expensive and the people are not nice.
I came in to get my nails done. Over the phone they told me it would b 65 and when I came in they raised it to 80. On top of that I was waiting at least 30 minutes when I had been told the wait would be 5-10 minutes. On top of THAT some guy came in after the 30 minutes and they took him first. Thats when I left. Terrible service and rude!
I came in asking for a long acrylic French set. Instead of using clear/natural tips, the male owner glued on pre-made white plastic tips that were bulky and not what I asked for. When I pointed this out, he became angry and literally started yelling about it in Vietnamese in front of me, tried to charge me $10 for his mistake, then refused to continue the service.
