Wonderful staff and do a great job at a reasonable price. I have gone to this salon every two weeks for a mani/pedi since 2021.
The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I don't think this place employs trained and certified nail technicians. The first woman ignored me completely when I asked my nails to not be cut, was rough and rude, and trimmed my nails but not terribly, she completely disregarded my request for square nails and instead my nails were all different shapes and sizes. When they noticed my discontent a second lady volunteered to fix them I once again asked her to not cut them just file them square. After them being filed and pain... read more
Went in for a pedicure July 12th. I live very close by and was limited on time since I was going on vacation so I made an appointment at this salon. Had not been here in more than ten years and now I know why. I watched women laying their heads down at their stations from pure boredom. The person who was handling my pedicure named Kathy was coughing all over without covering her mouth! I was so disgusted by this that I grabbed my shirt and put it over my nose and mouth but knew instantly that I was screwed and would be sick ... read more
Got my nails done not even two weeks ago and this has happened. Every time I get a light color from here the colors turn black few days later. Will NEVER be back!
