I guess the good reviews I seen of this place were on their best days.. I’ve always gone to rockwood to get my nails done and have never gone anywhere else and this is the exact reason. The guy that was doing my nails at first was nice until I told him that my acrylic was way too thick... He spent a good 40 minutes just trying to file them down and they still looked awful. I hate my nails I regret paying 50 dollars for them I realized my nail was crooked the night after I got them done I tried to get a refund and they said no they would take them off for free tho but all I wanted was my nails off and a refund they look horrible ever since I looked at them really close don’t ever get your nails done here the lady that did my nails literally went around two of my fingers with the drill I will never come back here again even if I was desperate for nails 0/10.

Would rate this place ZERO stars if it was an option. Will 100% never be back a time in my life no matter how desperate I am for a pedicure. The lady that did my toes was so very rude and had no clue what she was doing. She took CHUNKS of skin off my big toes till they bleed and told me “If it gets infected that it was already like that.” The most miserable pedicure i’ve ever had.Trust me you’re better off painting your toes yourself….
