Worst Establishment! African American woman who is staff has a horrible disposition. I watched her get into a heated argument with a customer. The owner sat there and watched and didn't try to deescalate or intervene.
Disappointed to be told $60 as I'm getting my nails done but told $70 when I went to pay. Nails look good but to ask before, and then be told different is not professional. Won't be returning.
Top Nails is a well appointed establishment with experienced employees. The manicure was perfect and the price fantastic.
