I have been coming to this salon for years, and it used to be my one and only place for pedicures. I always booked with Nancy because she consistently did an amazing job and truly cared about the quality of her work. Since Nancy is no longer here, I decided to give another technician a try, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. 2026 June 19 Update: I had a terrible experience at this place today. Short staffed, cold, and dismissive, the opposite of my initial experience. Past service took 40 minutes maximum but 90 minutes today. There's nothing wrong with being short staffed, that's part of business on occasion but to be rude ans dismissive is not good.
