Owners have changed and even though I loved the salon before, it is even better now. It is being cleaned up and cosmetically made more presentable. It was quite messy and in disrepair before the takeover and they didn't seem to much care. I feel a lot more comfortable going in now. Fred and wife Mei are the new owners and are so vested in making it a topnotch salon. Couldn't speak better about the employees--all great. NO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Poor customer service. Very unprofessional. The nail technician tore off my nails after removing acrylic nails and still insisted on charging me FULL PRICE for their mistake. My fingers were bleeding and still are throbbing. DO NOT use their service.
I've been to many different nail salons, but Top Nails in Germantown is the best. What's a nice and friendly atmosphere. Most of technicians can speak English fluently and seem to be professional. I would recommend my friends to this place.

The owner (Tina) is the BEST!! Her sister-in-law (Ann) is decent...but can have a nasty disposition if she's running behind. Tina's husband is very nice and inviting when he's there.
