Just average. Nothing special, Nothing horrible. Whole shop could use a deep clean and dusting. I got a fill with a French tip and pedicure. Water temp on pedicure was perfect in first attempt. Massage feature worked. Communication is minimal but I don't mind that. Got to listen to a podcast. You can definitely find better but for a last minute stop in, it works.
Just got mine and my little girls nails done at Top Nails, here in Franklin,VA. My oldest daughter is getting married this weekend, so this was supposed to be a fun “girls day” for the both of us, but they charged me $100 more than what they told me! then proceeded to fight me on it. I will not be returning, and am just wanting to warn others that this place is a joke! I didn’t even get what I wanted either, so not happy all around
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! It's Mother's Day weekend, I got off a little later than expected, I called asked if they would still except me, told him I would be there in 2 minutes, he said YES, COME ON IN! I get there and he tells me he can't do my nails, come back tomorrow. Very upset because I was told one thing on the phone and when I got there it was different and he was very rude!!!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
Worst pedicures ever. Save your time and money.
