Unprofessional, did not match what I wanted, and the nail job she did do was terrible! My nails are unevenly painted, the French tips are all wonky, and every nail is full of bubbles! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, it seemed like she was trying to speed through the nails without even trying to do a good job! The pedicure was ok…
Posting for family member ! Had acrylic set done for my birthday, didn’t like how wide they made them to begin with but didn’t say anything due to anxiety. They refused to give money back, they caused fungal infection. They only take cash maybe because not paying taxes.
I tried a lot of nail salons when I moved to Columbus, but when I tried Top Nails, I stopped trying new places. Top Nails is the most consistent place I’ve found to get my nails done. Regardless of which tech I have, I leave pleased with my nails! Everyone is very kind, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable, even when asking for them to change something while they’re working. I’ve done both simple and complicated nails, and still choose to go to Top Nails every time.
Staff was absolutely wonderful and my tech was very attentive and I absolutely love how my nails turned out’
