My go to place!! I don't go anywhere else. They do my nails EXACTLY how I ask for them and even if I bring my children, they play and hold them and its no problem!! Lovely and Lucky are AWESOME as well as the rest of the staff LOVE LOVE LOVE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Made an apt for 12:30 on my lunch break with luvly to get a refill, got there took off my polish then left me sitting for 45 mins while she did eyebrows then charged me $10 to take off my polish and had to leave for work with my nails unfinished! I would never go there again! Very unprofessional. She said she didn’t know me so I guess my apt didn’t mean anything
Employees are rude and disrespectful. Typing a review instead of getting out of character with them🥲
I came in for a full set and brow wax. They weren’t as busy. Two of them employees were doing absolutely nothing, even after I told them I picked out my color. Then they let a walk-in skip me and an employee even pointed out the fact that I was here first yet they still proceeded lmao. Guess I won’t be getting my nails done today 🥲
