1st time visit and I am super pleased with my mani/pedi. I showed up close to an hour before close on Sunday and was able to receive GREAT service. One lady worked on my hands and the other on my feet. I also liked that they are well stocked on various polish colors, that's a big plus for me. I've been a customer at Top Nails for almost 3 years since I moved to town. I missed an appointment for the first time last week because I had a job interview that went on much longer than I anticipated. When I called back 12 min after my scheduled appointment time, the woman immediately asked why I didn't answer the phone. While apologizing and trying to explain the situation to her, she just talked over me, telling me how rude it was of me to miss my appointment. I have been going to Top Nails since 2003. The ownership has changed hands a few times but it seems they always sell to family. I have always had positive experiences! For the last 5 years, Sandy and Daniel have done an extraordinary job managing Top Nails. My appointments are so relaxing and enjoyable! It is such a calm atmosphere. My nails have maintained health and vibrancy for over 22 years! I highly recommend!
Went in for a pedicure. They put me in the chair, soaked my feet & took polish off. Then said “sorry someone is here & he had appt” and told me I needed to get out of chair and come back in half hour. Very unprofessional, they should know what appointments they have coming in and not start somebody if they can’t finish them.
