Went in for a pedicure. They put me in the chair, soaked my feet & took polish off. Then said “sorry someone is here & he had appt” and told me I needed to get out of chair and come back in half hour. Very unprofessional, they should know what appointments they have coming in and not start somebody if they can’t finish them.
I can't say enough on how wonderful Top Nails are every time I have my nails done they come out beautiful thank you Top Nails for great service as well! Once again I was so thrilled with my beautiful nails and amazing service thank you
Update 7/27/25: I’ve been going here for years, since I was a teen and in the last few months the quality of this place has gone down. They have new staff and the services have become so subpar. I left and the bottoms of my feet are still rough……. What a disappointment. Overall, I love Top Nails. I am always happy with my service and the nail technicians are friendly. PLEASE DONT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY This salon is an utter disaster! They don’t just misrepresent their work, they steal photos from other talented nail technicians and boldly claim them as their own! A simple reverse image search revealed that the stunning designs they flaunt belong to artists in other states, including Maryland. This level of dishonesty is not just unethical, it’s absolutely shameful and disgraceful!
