I had only been there 2 times and had a very bad experience.the lady that serves me had very bad customer service I had gotten gel polish and this was only my second time ever having it so I have very low knowledge about the gel polish, once after the Polish was applied to my nails I wasn't satisfied with how it looked afterwards so I told the lady that I really didn't like it and want to switch colors...the nail tech was unprofessional altogether I know that the gel polish does take time for it to get taken off again but if... read more

I was a long time customer but now I will never go back. I went to get my nails done and left looking worse than when I originally came in. I confronted the owner about it over the phone and was hung up on. I was not rude or difficult, I was simply upset because I paid to have my nails done right, they were awful and they knew it. I never had a bad experience before this which is why I was surprised they treated me like that. But sometimes that's all it takes.
