I've been coming here off and on for several years, and it's my favorite place for nails in the Jacksonville area. Normally I come in for pedicures, and they do a fantastic job. I come in with calloused feet and leave with soft, smooth, fancy feet. I got my first gel manicure from here today, and it looks very pretty. I highly recommend this place !!

I am not the one to right reviews but I have to say something. I went to this salon to get my eyelashes done and the girl took forever to get done. Something that usually takes 20 minutes turn into 1 1/2 hour. Three days later, my eyelashes are falling off. Mind you that the lady try to upsell me by telling me the strip lash only last a day or week but the individual lash last a month. Went on Sunday at 3pm to get a manicure. The girl spent the whole time trying to upsale me. Tried to talk me into acrylics, painted designs, pedicure, eye brow waxing... you name it. I felt uncomfortable and pressured the entire time. Monday at 11am I look down to find my 20 hour old manicure is peeling! I drive back to the salon where I am told by 3 different employees that it is my fault the manicure is peeling after 1 day, and that if I had gotten acrylics this wouldn t have happened. Do not go to this nail salon!!! They cut me several times with the sander, and my 2 big toes got infected because he cut too much off. When you cut a nail you should only cut the nail, not skin too. And I just found out that they probably used acrylic and charged me for gel. I wanted gel!!! My nails were yellow and I don't tan or smoke. They are a rip off that really hurts. If you are in the area go to Mimi's and ask for Mimi, she makes nails look like nails. Don't go to these LIARS!
