Very nice experience! I have never gotten a pedicure before so I have nothing to compare it to, but the staff is very friendly and my feet look great! Tina did a lovely job, I will definitely be back :)
I found my way to Top Nails while looking for someone to do a pedicure on me. Tina is amazing and very particular. She does a beautiful job and now has a new regular client!
I'm a local in South Haven. Feeling let down because today my manicure wasn't at the usual level and when I voiced my concerns (that another client also noticed and agreed), I was met with a lot of pushback and rude responses. Won't be going back or recommending anymore. I still tipped 20% out of appreciation for the effort.
We had a lovely experience! We called the day before and booked four pedicures, and the staff had everything ready for us the moment we walked in. We were seated right away and treated to a warm soak while they got started. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I found the pricing and add-on services to be very reasonable. It was a relaxing way to start our trip. Next time, I’m definitely going to m skip nails at home and start my vacation here instead—with a coffee from next door in hand!
