I like the fact that they do walk ins however, I’m usually a hard wax person , but because I’m new to the states and I need to get waxed I decided to use them and plus their prices are reasonable however my wax was not done clean. I did a Brazilian and under arm. There was till hair between my south lips and my under arm still had hair. If I can leave a -10 stars on this place I would! The service is garbage and terrible terrible service on your pedi and nail set. It was so awful they scrapped my foot my skin literally peeled off! I thought I was gonna bleed. They talk to much shit about the customers too. The whole experience was terrible
This place was amazing as far as customer service! We took my disabled aunt. She has limited function and her hands are hard to work with due to chorea . The care they gave was immaculate! They took her in and handled it all on their own. She got a mani and pedi and they did sooo good! Truly appreciate all the staff that day!
