They have a rude lady working their we wanted the ladies that we picked to do everything for us. The rude lady kept giving us attitude, kept giving my cousin dirty looks & was angry in her tone of voice & body language when she was talking to the man in Vitanmese. The lady sitting next to me told me that she's very rude. She shouldn't be working in a nail place next time I will speak to the owner of the nail salon if she's rude to us again.
While the workers here are working phenomenal at their jobs, the owner who works the front desk and is quick to take the cash is incredibly passive aggressive. With all the nasty side eyes I received while waiting for MY appointment that they had overbooked as per usual, I wouldn’t recommend.
I really like it here!! Except for 1 guy but other then that prices are great n lovely employees 😀
at first i was like wow this place looks like it can get busy, becuase i misspelled my own appointment time but they still squeezed me in, my nails actually look better than the picture i showed them wich never happens so yeah this definately made my day, im already thinking about comming back
Very disappointed with my experience. The nail technician was rude and kept rushing me throughout the appointment. Every time I showed her the design I wanted, she repeatedly told me it wasn’t good instead of listening to my preferences. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and given the service I requested. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the overall experience.
