I’ve tried a new salon, which was top nails in Madison and the young lady who did my nails I asked if I could get chrome chrome is a specialized service that they use a applicator to apply whatever color chrome you want. OMG. I went there today. The lady who did my nails took a kitchen CHEESE GRATER to my foot. I know because I have the same grater!!! SHE RIPPED THE SKIN OFF MY TOES. I have photos. THIS IS HORRIBLE. I told her to stop because it hurt, and said, "Oh, yes, I see." And wouldn't make eye contact again.

Never again will I ever go back to this nail shop... Rude employees, one guy rushed and did my nails. I had to go to lovely nail to get them redone .. Smh never again

This is the most rude nail shop I have ever been to. They do not know how to treat their clients. Every time I have been there, I have had a bad experience. I should have learned from the first bad experience, but I kept giving them another try. Never again will I spend my money somewhere that doesn't appreciate my business. Please, Please, Please don't patronize this place!!!!!!!
