I have to go with two stars because it's not completely terrible. I've had some really great services here. I wish I knew everyone's name; I recall Joanna and Hannah and a guy that is the most immaculate eyebrow shaper in the country (im so sorry I can't name you in this review!) Paid $50 for a fill. The guy who did my nails was rushing and not gentle with my nails. 2 broken nails the day after I got them done. I asked for him to cut them down and he didn’t listen and the shaping is awful and my nails are sharp. Waste of money and not going back.
What I asked for(inspo pic) VS. what I got. The ONLY reason I’m giving this place an extra star is because the nail tech was very patient and stayed 20 mins past closing time just to finish my set but I wouldn’t return here. For someone who claimed to have 25 years experience doing nails, she did a poor job. Very Kind place I’ve been going on and off for years except this one particular time they waxed too low on my eye lid and ripped some of my skin off a little bit. They’re very kind people once again so this isn’t to bash them as a business they are always very kind and provide great customer service however my eye lids are burned . I am just making note of it for the future customers just make sure they dont wax too far down on your eye lid when waxing your eye brows.
