Very unprofessional. The man that did them for me today waxed half of my eyebrow off . I've been going there for about 3 years now and this is the first time this happens. I am very unsatisfied with the results.
Very unprofessional. Not by one owner but both Sonny and Heather. Had a bad experience after I've been going to the salon for many years. Heather attemtped to handle the situation. When I went to the salon to rectify the matter Heather was not there so I asked for Sonny. He looked at me like I had two heads and promptly ignored me.
